UBIQUINOL


There are 200 different cell types the make up the body, 199 of them use glucose to fund their energy molecule ATP. The heart is the only cell type that does not use glucose to fund its energy; it relies on CoQ10 or its reduced form Ubiquinol.


Ubiquinol is the reduced active form of CoQ10.

Normally the conversion process from CoQ10 to Ubiquinol occurs naturally in the body but this process becomes less efficient with aging and the loss of the enzyme needed to make this conversion possible

Ubiquinol is found in all body tissue, but the highest concentrations are found in the heart muscle. The Heart's Ubiquinol levels decline with the Aging Process.

Ubiquinol may benefit most cardiovascular conditions including arrhythmia, prevention of atherosclerosis and cardiomyopathy (approximately 62% of cardiovascular disease patients are found to be deficient in Ubiquinol). The immune system benefits from Ubiquinol by protecting cell integrity and reducing free radical damage. This can prevent and reverse aspects of the Aging Process (including  Aging within the Brain).
